Very kind words from "Fresh Ideas Florists" - After their new flower school building was completed the outside area was in serious need of extensive cleaning. The building waste and general dirt wasn't what the potential flower arranging students wanted to walk through to class! After a thorough clear up and intensive pressure washing the whole area was clean, safe and an inviting entrance to a lovely environment. 

Not only have I had the best service from Mark at Brailsford Cleaning Service, but imagine this , he has made the stair and bedroom carpets look as good as new !
Well, that’s what he does isn’t it????
Yes, but when it’s a carpet that has not only been a commercial carpet in a pub for 5 years , but a pub that has also been a building site for 18 months whilst being rebuilt!!

Thanks for your kind words Chris. It certainly was a challenge but the effort paid off as your happy with the results... These carpets did look like they may well be beyond saving but some intensive cleaning and stain removal techniques paid off and a fortune was saved on replacements.

The pub looks stunning and I can't wait to visit when it's open.

This was a significant clean up of a lovely property. In total there was a very large block paved area, a very large cobbled area and a very large paved area to clean and re-finish. After that all the gutters were cleaned out together with a soffit and fascia clean, and finally  huge conservatory to clean! 

"My recliner chairs have come up like new with no greasy head areas, Jean coloured seats or foot pushing spots on the foot areas. Excellent.
The almond coloured carpets which had not been cleaned commercially in 15 years again have texture where the wool fibre have been released from being compressed from foot traffic and no spots. Excellent.
The White UPVC exterior areas Mark cleaned last year, even after living next to a building site for a year, are still easy to bring them up to the standard he did after a major clean-up last year.

This job really tested out my certification in stain removal! Wow....

The customer unfortunately had spilled a lot of things on the carpet and also had a few pets in the house which added to the level of dirt/stains and odour in the property. A successful job done which has lead to a repeat booking and a very happy customer for hopefully years to come.
